Jessica is a Trade Mark Attorney and member of the Chartered Institute of Trade Mark Attorneys. She specialises in the protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights and manages extensive international trade mark and design portfolios.
Drawing on more than twelve years of experience in trade mark law, including pre-qualification roles in administration/formalities and paralegal support, Jessica understands the commercial pressures and priorities her clients face. She delivers pragmatic, business-focused advice that helps clients protect and maximise the value of their intellectual property.

Before joining Wiggin in 2021, Jessica was part of the IP team at an international firm in Melbourne and trained at a Tier 1 Legal 500-ranked firm in London.
