Support for those around us

At Wiggin, we recognise our responsibility to our communities and are committed to using our time and expertise to support others,
and we’ve got big plans to help.

Over the years we have supported a range of initiatives, including our partner charities St Mungo’s, Mind and Winston’s Wish, participation in the London Legal Walk, and CCP’s annual Hamper Scamper, which provides Christmas gifts to those in need.

Our aim is to ensure everyone at the firm has the opportunity to contribute in ways that are meaningful to them, supporting causes they care about.

We have a wealth of skills and experience across the firm, and the Community Programme is designed so that, whatever your role or level, you can make a practical contribution
to the communities around us.

Partnerships with schools

We work with the charity My Big Career (MBC) to deliver volunteering partnerships with Urswick School in London and All Saints’ Academy in Cheltenham. MBC’s mission is to provide high‑quality careers guidance to young people from disadvantaged backgrounds and to remove barriers to social mobility.

How we're helping

  • Insight days

We run annual Insight Days for A-level students from our partner schools, giving them an insight into careers in law through talks and practical workshops. We encourage everyone at the firm to get involved to help make the legal profession more accessible.
  • Results day

On A-level results day, we support students at our partner schools by offering guidance through the university clearing process. It’s a rewarding opportunity to help students navigate important decisions and secure a university place at a pivotal moment in their lives.
  • Clinics, fairs & webinars

We regularly attend partner schools’ careers fairs to introduce the legal sector and answer students’ questions. We also deliver Interview Skills webinars and are expanding our programme to include “Intro to Law” webinars for multiple schools.
